Design of self-heating test platform for sulfide corrosion and oxidation based on Fuzzy PID temperature control system

In this paper, the changes of oxidation temperature sulfide corrosion and deficiency distributed optical fiber application were analyzed. The test platform was established, performance simulation realized. hardware part control system used STM32 as controller, software based on process characteristics controlled object, using MATLAB to carry out PID, fuzzy, fuzzy PD plus I, PID algorithms, their are evaluated both single indexes comprehensive indexes. experimental results also showed that proposed can achieve better with less overshoot shorter setting time. Therefore, chosen algorithm build sensor platform, an alarm method for testing large area obtained. Then, considering influence spatial resolution sensor, paper piecewise simulate rise three stages sulfurization oxidation. has limitations small-scale corrosion, it needed be combined machine learning identify anomaly.
